What is new?

We're excited to announce the launch of our new Support Centre website

With the new system, you can easy to respond to tickets using your email address. When you create a ticket, an email will be automatically sent to your inbox with your new ticket details. If you reply to that email directly, then the system will be grabbed the reply and post the response as a ticket reply.

The new Support system also comes with Notification center which allow you get notifications of newly response on your ticket (includes email alerts).

The older system will be closed soon. So if you need any further assistance, please feel free to SUBMIT A TICKET on the new system
